Inspections - Compliance is Key

State and federal requirements mandate that lifts and cranes receive frequent and annual inspections. Key can help you comply with these regulations and keep your equipment in top shape. Key's has a staff of Mobile Crane Inspectors and trained, qualified and authorized AWP technicians to conduct the inspection and issue a written condition report.

Our service and inspection programs allow you to choose between a planned maintenance and inspection, or just an inspection. Our software will track your inspections and we will notify you when the next inspection is due.

Equipment Reconditioning - It's not bad it just looks that way

Industrial equipment is very well made and often has a life span that easily outlives its cosmetic condition. Before you decommission your favorite trusted machine consider having it reconditioned or remanufactured. The savings and equity retention versus buying a new machine can be very attractive. Many of our clients have trusted Key to bring their machines back to life and give them many more years of productive service.

Before and After

Key equipment has partnered with JLG to offer a remanufacturing process for your trusted lifts. This process involves turning your "core" into virtually a new machine, complete with a new warranty and financing options. Before you decide to sell or scrap that old boom lift you should talk to Key about the options for reconditioning and remanufacturing.

Operator Training - It's everybody's business

Safety is Key and we're here to help

We know you are serious about safety and so are we. OSHA/ANSI regulations require forklift and AWP operators to be trained, qualified and authorized before using this equipment. Key Equipment has factory trained instructors to help your company comply with these regulations and develop safer, more aware operators.

Our training programs follow nationally recognized criteria and teaching methods and involve classroom and drive time with the equipment. All training session end with a written exam of the material and operator certification cards are issued to those that pass the test. Our programs can be conducted at your location or ours, but be prepared for a through course.
